Usage:This machine is suitable for cutting plastic film, grass paper, paper and aluminum foil. Etc.
1. Main frame: wallboard and foundation both made from cast iron.
2. Motor: driven by Freqency motor (has inverter)
3. Unwind: a. Rotated type bearing supporting. Fixed by taper bushing, the horizontal movement is adjustable.
b. Tension of the unwind is controlled by magnet powder brake
c. Photoelectric tracking correct deviation (much more advanced than the vertical type)
d. Sparate unit
4. Rewind: 1. air expand shaft supporting, the tension of rewind is controlled by magnet powder clutch.
5. Slitting speed: 200m/min, when arrives the setting quantity of meter counter, the machines stops.
6. Correct deviation accuracy: 0.5mm
8. The unwind shaft adopts air expand shaft, 3 inch
9. The aluminum roller with high hardness treatment.
Function:Suitable for slitting BOPP, PE,PVC,CPP, PA, Cellophane ,Aluminum foil.and paper etc rolling material.
