Ⅰ. Usage:
    this machine is sutable for laminating all kind of plastic film, paper and aluminum foil. etc.for two layers or multi layers laminating.
Ⅱ. Main equipment:
1.The first basic material unwind station:
  (1). adopt with double photoelectric tracking correct deviation
  (2). tension control by magnet powder braker manually
  (3). rolling material support by air expand shaft; the range of the
     horizontal adjustment: ±20mm.
2.Gluing part:
  (1). the diameter of anilox cylinder 123mm, pressure rubber roller
     120mm, on-off pneumatic,pressure adjustable.
  (2). the doctor blade pressure manually, the horizontal movement
     ±6mm.
  (3). the anilox cylinder is driven by separate motor, speed keeps step 
     with the main motor.
  (4). gluewater container can be up and down
3.The oven part:
  (1). the whole structure made of channel steel
  (2) the length of the oven: 7500mm
  (3). with three segments heating system, temperature control sperately.
with suction device.
  (4). arc type inside the oven, synchronic with the main motor speed.
 
4.The second basic material unwind station
   (1). with upper and lower double unwind device.
   (2). tension control by magnet powder braker manually.
   (3). rolling material is supported by air expand shaft, the horizontal
      adjustment ±20mm.
5.Laminating part:
   (1). laminating steel roller with chrome plated treatment
   (2). laminating steel roller with oil heating inside, temperature
      control automatically, which ensure the even temperature on
      its surface.
   (3). diameter of laminating rubber roller 150mm, pressed by
      pneumatic, the pressure is adjustable.
6.rewind part:
   (1). rewind tension control by magnet powder clutch.
7.The whole machine with double inverters(panasonic inverter).which
  ensures the whole parts keep synchronous with the main motor.
8.all the guide roller on the machine with high hardness treatment.
Function:Suitable for BOPP,CPP,PVC, paper and Aluminum foil. etc. two layers lamination.
